California poppy (Eschscholzia californica)

Today I prepared California poppy tea. I only used the flowers but you can use the leaves too.
I am drinking it as I am writing this post and I have added some lemon balm leaves as well. It is nice and the color of the tea is bright yellow due to the carotene pigments in the plant.
