Gardening with care and attention

Garden Gutierra was created from a simple idea: gardens deserve the same level of care and attention as the people who live with them. I offer permaculture-inspired gardening, hands-on maintenance, and ecological guidance for people who want their gardens improved both aesthetically and functionally. My work combines practical garden care with an understanding of plant relationships and ecosystem balance. This includes physical garden work such as maintenance, weeding, pruning, planting, and general care—especially for those who do not have the time or ability to manage it themselves. It also includes guidance and consultations to help you better understand, improve, and develop your garden over time.

My approach is to treat each garden as if it were my own: observing first, acting with care, and avoiding unnecessary disturbance. The goal is not just to maintain spaces, but to support gardens that are healthy, balanced, and enjoyable to live with.

Permaculture Design

I create permaculture-informed garden layouts for small and medium spaces, in both urban and rural settings. My work focuses on practical ecological thinking: plant relationships, soil health, and functional design that supports long-term biodiversity and usability. Each design is developed through careful observation of the site and its existing conditions.

Garden Consulting

I offer online and in-person consultations for people who want a clearer understanding of their garden and how to improve it. This includes advice on planting, maintenance, problem-solving, and ecological development. The focus is practical and specific, based on the real conditions of your garden rather than generic recommendations.

Hands-on Gardening

I provide hands-on garden work including maintenance, weeding, pruning, planting, vegetable garden care, lawn care, and seasonal tasks. My approach is careful and detail-oriented, always considering existing plants and the structure of the garden. I work with respect for the garden as a living system, not just a space to be managed or cleared.
